Photo Day: Sunday, February 8th from 9:45 am - 12:30 pm
What to wear:FULL UNIFORM! Jersey, Black Shorts, cleats, socks and visors
(Coaches: You can/should wear your matching team t-shirts if you purchased them)
What to bring: Your pretty self all dolled up with beautiful hairstyle and ear-to-ear smile
When to show up: At the time listed below assigned to your team
(We suggest showing up 15-20 minutes before to prepare and be ready for your specific time)
What to expect when you get there: Team mom will have collected your envelopes along with payment prior to photo day and will bring to the photo day for you. Each team should locate their coach and team mom and line up in order from smallest player to tallest player. Once your entire team has arrived and is lined up, Team Mom will hand each girl their photo envelope and march them over to photographers for picture taking.
Envelopes will be passed out to each family some time in the next few weeks by your team mom. You should completely fill out your envelope with all pertinent player information as well as selected package you would like to purchase (if any). Payment should be placed inside the envelope and envelope should be returned to your team mom the week PRIOR to photo day.
DO NOT SEAL YOUR PHOTO ENVELOPES ONCE YOU PLACE PAYMENT INSIDE!!!
If you seal the envelope, they can't place your pictures back into it to return to you for delivery.
ARRIVE ON TIME AS THE PHOTOGRAPHER ONLY ALLOWS A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME FOR OUR LEAGUE AND YOUR TEAM PHOTOS CAN NOT BEGIN UNTIL EVERY PLAYER HAS ARRIVED!!!
